Our client is a global FMCG company with iconic brands. Unlike most such companies, it prefers to have digital marketing talent as part of its marketing team, (rather than relying on marcomms. agencies)
The right person will be part of the team which produces the brands’ digital communications with consumers in all its guises. The team also includes Community Managers and data analysts, and works closely with brand and internal media managers.
Your experience up to now may be in:
- digital marketing/commerce/e-commerce
- CRM/relationship marketing
- precision/data driven marketing
and this experience can be from an agency as well as corporate environment.
Someone with 5-8 years’ experience is likely to fit well in this role. Outstanding candidates with less experience will be considered. If you have more than 10 years experience, you probably will not fit easily into the role and team.
It’s also important that you are able to fit into the corporate environment of a global FMCG company. You don’t have to “dress corporate” but neither can you work through the night and sleep through the day.
Perhaps the most exciting element of the role is the possibility to build a broader international marketing career with the company. That’s why fluent English is necessary.
