When hiring, never forget what it felt like to be hired....

Consider this statistic. Approximately 90% of our "candidates" are actively seeking a new position; they may not be currently unemployed, but they have told us, or simply dropped the hint, that they would like to consider something new. However in Great Britain, and probably in most other West European countries, the figure will be more like 60%; and in fact the employer is more interested in the 40% - those that are happy where they are, and doing a good job.
